Its 14 active chrome-plated solid steel live locking bolts, along with 4-way active locking bolts providing coverage on all four sides of the door, ensure unparalleled security against pry attacks.
To further enhance its resistance to attacks, the RG-22C is equipped with a drill/ballistic resistant armored ball bearing hard plate to protect the lock from drill and punch attacks. Additionally, an active spring-loaded re-locker provides an extra layer of security. The 1/4" solid steel hard plate added to the entire door enhances its pry bar resistance.
In terms of fire protection, the RG-22C features a heat-activated expandable intumescent door seal that effectively seals out smoke and water. This ensures that your valuables remain safe even in the event of a fire.
The interior of the RG-22C is just as impressive as its exterior. It boasts an ultra-plush fully adjustable interior racking system that can accommodate long guns on the top shelf. Additionally, there are three small adjustable/removable shelves and a removable gun rack for added organization.
