The door of this safe is 3½" thick and features a unique proprietary fire and burglary resistant material, along with a dual seal design for added protection. The body is 2-5/8" thick, enclosing a unique proprietary fire-resistant material within its 1/8" outer and inner steel plates. With three massive 1" diameter solid steel chrome-plated locking bolts and a full-length dead bar, this safe is virtually impenetrable.
Equipped with a U.L. listed Group II dial lock as standard with a spring-loaded auxiliary relock device, or the optional U.L. listed Type 1 ESL10XL electronic keypad lock, this safe ensures maximum security coupled with convenience. Its heavy-duty carburized hardplate provides an extra layer of protection against drilling attacks. The smooth operation of the door is guaranteed by the heavy-duty steel hinges.
