IMPORTANT Caution-Warning

All safes are heavy. Never lift a safe by yourself or without proper training, heavy lifting gear or safe moving equipment. Always use a licensed, bonded and trained locksmith company or moving company to move and install your safe. Always bolt your safe to the floor. A safe is not a toy neither is its packaging! Keep children away from the safe and the packaging. Safes are considered airtight. NEVER lock a living being in a safe. Guardian Safe and Vault assumes no liability for usage. When you buy a safe you are buying time, time against fire, time against theft. Given enough time and proper tools any safe can be broken into.

Safe doors can be very heavy. Opening a safe on an uneven or unstable floor (plush carpet) may cause safe to tip forward. Be sure to secure safe prior to use. Failure to follow instructions or to heed this warning may result in serious injury or even death.

Return Policy

Barska.com Standard 21 Day Limited Return for Refund Policy

This is our detailed limited 21-Day return for refund policy. All Barska.com items are covered by this policy. Customer must contact Barska customer support Tel: 1-888-666-6769 x 144 to be issued a RMA# within 21 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a refund.

Barska.com will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.

21 Day Refunds and Returns Details

Approved refunds will be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund or replacement. When Barska then ships the product replacement, if customer request expedited return shipping they will need to pay the return shipping cost.

Contact Barska customer support department for a RMA #. Send a copy of your proof of purchase. Which is the invoice included with you shipment. You will then need to ship the product back to us. Once the product is received and verified we will promptly issue you the refund of the single item price if within 21 Days of invoice.

All returned packages will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box.
