The LD3002 Model SUVault® by Lock'er Down is designed to fit the 2000 to 2014 Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe series, and the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL series SUV's.
This safe is designed to fit in the rear of the above stated SUV models. The LD3002 fits in the Suburban and Yukon XL without removal of the 3rd row seats but fits in the Tahoe and Yukon WITH REMOVAL OF THE 3RD SEATS.
This unit was custom designed for the Texas Sheriff's Department to fit in the rear of their full size SUV's. In the regular versions, the third seat must be removed. Being 48" wide, 36" deep and 6" tall, you have ample space (right at 6 cu. ft.) for long guns, ammo, body armor, brief cases, laptops and much more.
With a two gun rack in the spring loaded lid, you will never have to dig around to access your weapons. The vehicles listed have two cargo anchors with 12MM bolts. This safe attaches to those mounting holes, so it is very secure.
For agencies, several keyed alike lock options are available. Made from domestic cold rolled steel, this safe weighs in at close to 125 lbs.

SEVEN SIDED TUBULAR KEY LOCK
This tubular cam lock provides additional security over regular round type tubular locks by adding seven irregular sides to the spindle and also the key. Standard tubular keys will not fit or operate this lock.
